Resident's Comments
Choices Recovery Services just doesn't save lives: it also saves families. Coming to choices 2-1/2 years ago, I did not have any kind of knowledge about what a sober living house was. I had burnt too many bridges due to my addiction's; for example, my family, my friends, and the accumulation of legal issues. I was not really welcomed back in my home state. Mr. Sean Zullo and Mr. Philip Santarelli interviewed me and gave me a tour of their facility. The place is remarkable. They also cater to special populations. Almost 3 years later I'm still sober and clean, active in the community as well as in the day-to-day operations. I have even went on to apply to several graduate schools to further my education. Can Choices Recovery Services help improve the life of the practicing alcoholic and addict? You bet. Because of Choices I now have a new life, and those bridges that were burnt have started being rebuilt. People like Sean and Phil. are of the upper escutcheons in providing a safe and clean environment.

I was first introduced to this recovery program by my lawyer. The court house thought that by living in a sober living environment it would help me straighten out my life. At first I didn't mind it because I got out of jail and needed a place to live. When I moved in I found out how strict the rules and regulations were. I was not the easiest to get along with when I got out of jail. I picked fights, and got into fights. I didn't listen to anyone and what they had to say. Although, I knew that I had a long year sentence of living here, so I had to make the best of it. I slowly started to ease up and become calmer about the situation of living in a sober living.
I slowly made friends and with family helping me through each day, I found out that living at Choices isn't so bad after all.
