OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT Mobile
Youth Outreach Unit
This innovative project will serve as a focused, flexible, and quickly deployable
service delivery option to support existing DCFS-ILP programs. Through effective
collaboration with partner agencies and providers; service gaps can be addressed
in an effective, timely, and directed manner producing increased positive
outcomes (Basic Education, Safe and Sober Housing, Stable Sustainable Income)
for program participants, collaborative agencies, and the community.
Possible Health Services: General Physical health, Mental Health, Substance
Abuse/Addiction - Combination of on-site treatment and outside referrals.Possible
Wellness Services: Emotional Health (behavior), Anger Management, Life Skills,
Conflict Resolution, Socialization and Community Integration.
